"Firstly it was great being able to park our car in their carpark for free. We had a warm welcome which was quick and easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice bed, bathroom, and a sea view. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of healthy options and the outdoor area was pleasant in the warm October sunshine. "

"Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world. "

"The hotel was beautiful & clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a lovely spa and a large, well equipped gym. The location was perfect, close to everything. Our only complaint is that the bed was very hard; but that being said, we still loved it and would stay again. "

"The room was clean and comfortable opening into a semi private terrace. Fittings were a bit dated but fully functional and very clean. The continental breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and was very fresh with ample choice. Our issue with this hotel is finding it and checking in. It was raining at the time but we really struggled to find the hotel There is only one small sign hidden behind a large cactus which you can only see once you know it's there. There is no staffed reception. There is a small sign asking you to ring a doorbell to which the staff respond and come out to you. We never saw it in the pouring rain. There are large building works in progress next door (where they are enlarging and existing school) and across the road (where they are building apartments). The building works were not noisy or dusty but added to the confusion if trying to find the hotel. On day two, in the sunshine, we were able to chuckle about the previous day."

"The staff were approachable friendly and efficient. Breakfast Buffet was an amazing range of options including eggs cooked exactly to order. Plenty of fruit available as well as cereals, nuts etc. Staff worked really hard to keep tables cleared for each new customer. Pool and Wellness Centre were beautifully laid out - provided a relaxing atmosphere. Great range of treatments on offer. Roof top bar is stunning. The hotel provides a very relaxed atmosphere. The building work nearby forced a road closure but this was outside the control of the hotel."
