Very friendly, prompt and helpful check in process. Very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Nice and inviting hotel.

Reception staff were a bit dismissive. I wish that all hotels appreciated older, solo, female travellers. We have money, no mortgages and, if made to feel welcome, we will spend our money IN the hotel - meals, room service etc. My room was the furthest it could be from Reception. It was a nice room but I know it was not the best single room I could have been given. Therefore, it was not value for money. And would not bring me back. As a contrast, in both the Four Seasons in Vienna (for a similar price), I was treated extremely well and will stay there again. And, likewise, in a four star hotel in Slovenia, I was made VERY welcome - therefore had room service one night and ate in their restaurant the next night, and bought champagne in their bar.

The location is perfect but the idea of charging an extra 15 CHF for room cleaning service a day is a bit extreme.

Was clean and quiet. Staff friendly. Only wished breakfast had more variety than the same offering everyday. Would go back.
