"We arrived late at night to the hotel, reception was closed but the owner had left an envelope with everything we needed for our stay with a warm handwritten note (including instructions to get a beer from the fridge!)

"Overall very nice room and hotel in a charming town. Breakfast selection was great and offer of parking for a small daily 5 eur fee. Bed was relatively comfortable. One very large pillow was not to my taste, would rather 2 normal sized ones. Lack of air con made sleeping tough, there was a fan but needed to open the window to cool down which lead to the noise of cars outside the room."

There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...
