Not too bad, some improvement can be done
We stayed here for one night. The room was clean. The sound-proof of room was ok, not so good though. Too many big groups made the breakfast room crowded and the food was not able to be supplied timely. We had to wait for the tour groups leave and finally get one croissant. There were less than 10 ...

Very good conditions in apartment. Lady Neumann is super nice and flexible. Check-in was easy. I can recommend this place for shot and longer period stay in Dresden.

The bungalow is comfy and has good insonorisation. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. Great location for cyclotourism. We had no car and walked everywhere from there, about 15min from Dečín center or train station.
