「Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo… a minor detail though. Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon lovers…. they have bacon cooked perfectly!! 」

「I keep coming back to this property because of its vicinity with Victoria Mall. I will look for alternatives since this hotel started to charge $10 one way airport shuttle per person while the price is still higher compared to any similar US Best Western location. Something is rotting at the core of African hotel industries. 」

「Staff were great and highy professional plus good meal. My stay was however not enjoyable due to poor internet connection.terrible internet service. The hotel should get this sorted. Travelers shouldn't have to worry about internet when lodged in a hotel costing nearly $120 」
