「We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. 「This hotel is fantastic---it was beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. My room was nice and spacious and I enjoyed the fitness center and excellent breakfast. It was a great location, 25 minutes from downtown with mountain views. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. So happy with my choice to stay here.」

「Clean, quiet, safe, convenient location, one block from 16th Street. Breakfast has a good variety and excellent customer service from all the staff, especially the valet parking attendant who patiently answered some questions I had. Just one small detail: the hotel needs to inform Guess BEFORE the reservation if any of the amenities are not working.But overall, it's a good place to stay.」

「Because of the bad weather and living far away from work, I decided I was gonna stay here for the night so I didn’t have to make the long drive home and back five hours later. This was a very nice location. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly if I needed to do this again I’d be more than happy to come back.」
