「What a wonderful stay we had in Kittery at this hotel. It’s brand new. The amenities are superb. Our room came with a king bed, a couch AND a kitchen set up with a full size refrigerator. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I did request extra pillows since there were only three on the king bed. 「No elevators in the place so you need to carry all of your stuff up a ton of stairs. There was a huge bug in our room and the AC’s didn’t work well. The guy had to come out and help but he got it going. Need more towels than 3 for a family. Loved the washer and dryer and location, and parking available. Pull out bed needs a new mattress as it had stains! The couch needs a good steam clean. Otherwise it was cute and cozy!」

「Love everything! From the beautiful retro room to the heated floors in the bay to the comfy bed. We love the decor and we need some relaxing time. Wife and I wish it was warmer to see the property and water views but it was cold! Maybe we come back in the summer 」
