「Room was exactly as pictured, most amazing view of Nubble Light with breathtaking Sunrise!!! Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful but the bed was old and horrible will have to buy a mattress topper for next time, and those chairs aren't comfortable either but the view is fantastic!!!」

「Had a couple hiccup’s our first night but the staff was amazingly accommodating and we had a great stay! Breakfast each morning was really enjoyable with many options for a light breakfast and fresh coffee. Overall a very nice place to stay when in Portsmouth with cozy areas by the fireplace to relax after walking and shopping downtown. We would definitely stay here again. 」
