「Check in went smoothly. Unfortunately, the room we were placed in smelled of old wet dog. The smell was so ferocious it literally smacked you in the face as soon as you entered the room. I know they advertise as pet friendly but this was ridiculous.I went to the front desk in the morning to request a room change which we were able to do only to not have a working television. After going to the front desk to ask for help with the television, the front desk person did not seem to want to help. It...
