"Great hotel! Staff were quick and friendly at check-in, and the hotel lobby had a self-serve counter with basic amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, a variety of teas and coffees, and even the use of a microwave. The room was spotless and their default is to clean everyday, you would have to put signage on the door if you DON'T want it cleaned. Towels and bottled water were replenished frequently. Every room had a massage chair, although it was a basic one, it was definitely nice to have after a long day of sight-seeing in Tokyo. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. The room layout is compact but efficient, only drawback is that there is absolutely no storage space for clothes. We stayed for 11 nights, and couldn't properly unpack and settle in. There was fortunately a wide window ledge where we could put our belongings, so I'd recommend using travel organizers when packing.
Kyobashi station is right in front of the hotel, along with a convenience store (7/11) and a few other cafes and restaurants nearby. Tokyo train station is within 10min walking with lots more food options, and the shopping district in Ginza was just down the street. The area is bustling during the day with lots of people going to work, but calm and quiet in the evenings. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would come back again. "
"Always stayed at this hotel for my business trip to Tokyo. Clean, walking distance to Tokyo station and most staffs are very friendly and professional, especially Imai San. He is always greeting every customers with enthusiasm and energy. Thank you!"
