The entire system is very efficient and in my experience all trains are precise and punctual to the minute. Rail travel is one of the best in Japan and here in the port area of Kokura is a railway museum which displays some old trains and also provide hands on fun for kids bad adults alike. Worth a visit if in the area and it has some really nice souvenirs too!

The property is clean and the space is large. The only bad thing about this place is the check-in procedures. Since there is no staff in the building, your only way to access is by the email sent by the property owner. The email arrive at 6pm on the day I check-in, after I reach out many time and through email, their offical website and Expedia. Take your risk when consider this place.

Cleaniness needs to improve

This is a self-check-in hotel, but the hotel does not proactively provide the check-in method (including the door code) until we asked for it via message before check-in. Additionally, cleanliness needs improvement as there was a large and live cockroach in the room, which is totally unacceptable!!!

I hope the hotel can be more eco-friendly. There is truly zero need to air condition the enclosed corridors 24/7. We only stay in the lobby for at most a minute and leave. It is such a waste of electricity :( The hotel can consider using the fan circulation mode instead of the heating mode. There is one Air Conditioner on every floor (3 floors, so 3 units in total hurting the Earth). As a tourist we do not need this additional comfort. The room A/C would do. Free parking, but only 3 spots so first come first served. Please be more eco friendly!

Expensive than its offer.

The place is located at very narrow corners. Ventilation is very dirty. Hairs on the floors. Only offers 3 parking space. If you find no spot, you have to pay extra money to park at somewhere far from the place everyday. No matter how many days you stay, you will have only 1 towel per person. Tablet pc in the room is broken. So can't contact with the staff. No flexibility at all. You can't check in at 14:59. Overall, it is very expensive than its offer.

プロジェクターがあって、とても良かった。 障害者がいるので、部屋が1階だったのは、有難かったです。できれば、ミニキッチンがあれば、もっと便利に使えたと思いました。 チェックインして部屋に入って、クーラーのスイッチが入っていたので、暑さを感じずよかった。

非常不愉快的經驗

飯店給的導航是錯的，到同集團另一個飯店，名字太相似，易搞混。客服又不太懂英文，產生許多誤會。後面行程大亂。另外床已經變形，超不舒服。廁所壁紙也都蹺起來，非常不推薦的飯店。

部屋は綺麗だったけど、浴室内の換気扇のホコリとかが気になった。シャワーヘッドが壊れていて、修理依頼の連絡が手間だった。修理するまでの連絡はあったけど修理が終わったあとの連絡が無く、修理が完了したかどうかは宿に戻るまで分からなかった。部屋数に対して車を停められる台数が少なすぎる。立地的にしょうがないのかもたもだけどもう少し停められると良かった。

前日のメールがトラブルなのか届かなくて、入れなくて戸惑いました。 ホテル入口に書かれている番号に電話をして入れてほっとしましたが、部屋の中のタブレットが故障していて、WiFiも接続出来ない、チェックアウトも部屋で操作出来ない状況。 電話での問い合わせには丁寧に対応していただき、口頭でWiFiの接続や、チェックアウトの方法など解決しました。 ホテル自体は、静かな環境で、近くに駐車場もたくさんあり、部屋も快適です。

무인 호텔이라 사전 소통이 중요했는데 정작 체크인 정보 메일이 안와서 한동안 밖에서 연락도 못하고 있다가 한두시간 지난 뒤에 다른 투숙객이 들어와서 겨우 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 하지만 무인 운영으로 문의는 불가능했고, 로비에 있는 패드로 연락하였으나 받자마자 끊기를 여러번 반복해서 체크인에만 오랜 시간이 걸렸습니다. 분명 대부분은 편하게 잘 있다 가셨겠지만 저는 정작 그러지 못했네요. 주차공간 세곳은 장기 투숙하시는 분들이 하루종일 놔두셔서 전혀 이용할 수 없었습니다. 식당같은 곳은 코인 주차장 이용시에는 그 금액을 돌려줬는데 이곳은 문의할 수도 없었구요. 룸도 컨디션 좋고 위치도 좋았지만 세상 어려운 체크인이 아쉬웠습니다.

建物から共用の廊下、部屋まで清潔感がありとても綺麗に思いました。

建物の外観、部屋の清潔はとても良かったです。 ですが、外からの騒音、向かいの部屋からの親子の大きな話し声、純粋にうるさかったです。 もうちょっと周りの音が聞こえない様、防音対策とかしていれば、尚更快適に過ごせたはずでした。 建物のある場所も裏道にあり、車や人通りの少ない所じゃないかと予想はしていたのですが、今回の宿泊では全く期待を裏切られました。 まあ、これは福岡県民の県民性なのかもしれませんが。

3名で6泊しましたが、部屋に置いてあったバスタオルとハンドタオルは各自１組づつしかなく、すぐに追加のお願いをしましたが出来ないとの回答。 以前、他県のグランドベースにも6泊しましたがその時は各自３組は用意されてましたし、洗濯機も部屋にありました。 今回は洗濯機もないうえに追加も出来ないとはあまりにも酷いと思います。 1泊の人と6泊の人が同じ枚数のタオルなんて納得出来ますか？６泊分の宿泊費を徴収してるのならばちゃんと泊数分のホスピタリティを提供すべきだと思います。ティッシュも３日でなくなってしまいましたが、どうせまた断られて不快な思いをしたくないのでスーパーで買いました。タオルも近くのコインランドリーへ行って洗濯して使用しました。部屋が広くて綺麗だっただけにものすごく残念でした。もう二度と泊まる事はありません。
