Our room was clean, some of the staffs though don't have good customer service. The lady at the self check out station when we were there seemed irritated. The valet staff didn’t not give accurate information to my niece when she had dropped off an item for me (such as their will be a $10 fee to get the item back if they hold it over night) valet staff justified this reasoning by saying that he said nothing because my niece had told him that I would pick it up the item.

Great location but not enough tables to play on

The hotel was clean.

Minus the day the water was not available to the whole resort for few hours, Venetian staff were accommodating. We move the location the varieties of food in the resort. The hotel is beautiful and are happy with our stay.
