Only downside was the smell from the other guests smoking outside the entrance door - perhaps moving the smoking bin to another part of car park would remove this negativity. Cumbria Park Hotel
Really impressed with the quality across all areas from accommodation to public areas to dining facility and menu, and last but not least, the breakfast room and options. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will be back.

Carlisle Station Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by BW
Staff were overall unhappy looking, and certainly not welcoming. I'm also disappointed that there was no food offer available. The bar no longer serves food and the restaurant appeared closed. On the plus side, the wifi is fast and reliable.

Really lovely staff, incredible rooms with so much space. It's right in the centre but has a car park next to it too. Can't fault it really.
