Besides the unhappy Receptionist, it’s a nice place to stay. They have a very good breakfast with a nice view. Only thing I did not like is their light situation. The room is too dark and lights are not working as they supposed to.

Berbat ve üzücü bir deneyim

Eğer vaktimiz kısıtlı ve bir nikaha yetişiyor olmasaydık, oteli direk terk etmeyi düşünürdük. Hotels puanına inanarak oteli tercih ettik. Maalesef bu puanlama bizi çok yanılttı. Artık Hotels.com’u tercih etmemeyi düşünüyorum. Para iadesi gerekmektedir. Sorunları aşağıya listeliyorum. - Buzdolabında fişi çekili ve için kara küf oluşumu başlamıştık. Eşim de fark etmeyerek içinden çıkan suyu içmiş bulundu. Dolap ve şişe kötü kokuyordu. - Banyoda yine kara küf vardı ve su sıcaklı sürekli değişiyordu. - Banyodaki aksesuarlar sağlam monte edilmemiş veya gevşekliği giderilmemiş (duştaki tutunma barı, saç kurutma makinası). Tepe duşunu pis görünümü nedeniyle kullanmadık. - Gizli aydınlatma ledleri ve yakınlarındaki prizleri müşteri tarafından ulaşılabilir ve tehlike içermekteydi - Asansör ve koridorlar aşırı karanlıktı. Aydınlatma yoktu. - Gittiğimiz gün otelde lağım konusu vardı ve bir ekip pis su pompaları temizliğe geldi. Pompa ve pis borular da lobideydi. - Bu kadar bakımsız bir otelde kahvaltı bile yapamazdık. Kahvaltı salonuna gitmedik bile. - Otopark konusunda yardımcı olunmadı. Trafik dubalar çekilmedi biz indik, çektik. - Çöp kovası çevresi pisti. Poşet değiştirilmiş sadece. - Yatakta tek kişilik havlu seti vardı. Aradık istedik. - Kettle üstü tozluydu. - Bu sıkıntılar otel görevlilerine söylemeye ve tartışmaya dahi vaktimiz yoktu. - 5 te oteldeydik. Kıyafetleriniz için ütü verilmedi. - Dolapta askı yoktu - Makyaj aynası pusluydu - Kapı kilidi kırılmış neden? Güvenlik mi?

Temizlik ve hijyen konusunda bu kadar kötü olabileceğini tahmin etmemiştim. Yerler süpürülmemişti. Yerde kuruyemiş kabukları vardı. Banyo duşa kabininde gider alanında jilet kapağı vardı ve bu hiç de hoş değildi. Kahvaltı idare eder 3 yıldızlı bir hotele göre iyiydi. Normalde sigara içilmeyen bir oda ayırtmıştım ama odaya sigara dumanı öyle bir sinmiş ki bazen boğulacak gibi oluyordum. Kokudan boğazım tahriş oldu. Fiyatını kesinlikle haketmeyen bir hotel.
