「Check in was a bit frustrating cause we were asked to scan the QR code to fill out our personal information online but the process wasn't smooth. We had to try several times and finally did it with a traditional way - paper form.
The lady at breakfast was SUPER NICE!! She welcomed us with greetings and English. Always make sure if we have everything we need. Always smiling when she is working! A big thumb to her!!」
