It just a older motel that the room was big enough for my family the A/C quit & they gave us fans it was a good thing wasn’t hot that nite but by 8 n morning room was hot we was checking out that day anyway. The pool was fun with slides kids loved it but the water was cold.

Quaint and unique hotel on the outskirts of town led to a mostly quiet stay. Certainly not a usual choice for a hotel but the campy cheekiness of the property certainly adds to the experience. 20 minutes outside of Eureka Springs. Its an absolutely gorgeous place to stay.

We loved the area, however none of the restaurants in kirby were open normal hours when we were there and there were no grocery stores there so we would have to drive to the town a half hour away to eat.
Not many dinning options in Kirby.
