"Useful stopover close to the motorway, petrol & fast food. Hotel is basic but quite adequate."

I had paid Hotels.com in full and in advance but the hotel sais they hyad received no advnce and so we were obliged to pay again. Trying to get in touch with Hotels.com a nightmare. "
