「Elevator's have issue .
Surprised that the pool area did not have a changing room .
And that all the exterior windows were extremely dirty.
The staff were very busy working and very helpful .

「A++ stay. Stayed one night while on vacation, couple stay. Excellent service delivered by Shana and the rest of the support staff. Clean room, bathroom, nice pool area and good breakfast.
Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!」

「Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is beaultiful and the courtyard is a lovely place to sit and relax/mingle. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Water pressure and tempt in the shower leave you wanting more, towels are really thin and they barely give you enough for one person so be sure to ask for extra. There are no phones in the rooms so if you need anything you have to go downstairs. The vending machines were not working during our stay and the market in the lobby was not fully stocked...
