"The first room had not been cleaned... The second room's heater did not work. We finally got into a decent room on the third try. The pool was murky. I didn't even let my kids go in the hot tub because it smelled so weird. The sauna was luke warm. The breakfast was good, and the staff were trying hard. Overall, it was functional but a little run-down and understaffed. "

Given that I chose the hotel because it had a gym and good ratings I was really disappointed that all three treadmills were broken in different ways. The keycards to the hotel room just kept failing too. I had to get them to rescan them multiple times because they were losing magnetism….yet that rarely happens in other hotels. There is also no bar so nowhere to sit with my colleague to decompress so we had to walk up the road and find a place. "
