「We celebrated my wife's birthday at COMO The Treasury, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The room was immaculate — spacious, beautifully designed, and exuding understated luxury. 「The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition.
I would like to show my gratitude to the front desk staff (cant remember her name). She offered us a late check out knowing our flight is in the midnight.
I would recommend anyone come to stay in Hyde when visiting Perth」
「The blinds were very annoying as it goes up everytime the door opens but takes forever to get it down.
The shower is too far away from the amenities
The staff is very inexperienced especially when I specify I did not want mayonnaise for my club sandwich and they put mayonnaise!」
「room is very dirty
trash in trash bin is not disposed.
hair ( not mine ) on towels
lipstick on glass
sofa is dirty with stains
shoes print on wall
reject my request for late check out for no reason ( actually for fake excuses )」
「Overall the room is quiet and clean and bright.
It is relatively small but enough for two people to stay.
No chair or table is a downside. Due to the design of the shower room, there is leakage of water from the shower room.
Free parking close to city area is a plus」
「Breakfast was great as always. I love it.
The breakfast service was great as well.
But front desk, at 9/12, ignored me and let me struggled by their app for about 5 minutes…but still all good.
Sometimes the bar at ground floor make loud noises…」
