"My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge.
The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television.
The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available.
Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful.
If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here."

We enoyed the doubly “smart” room — both the clean, modern decor and the motion-activated automatic lights for the main stairs (though they take time to come on) and the bathroom (shut the bathroom door when not in use so you don’t trigger those lights when you walk around in your room). Also appreciated the towel warming rack, and the frosted bathroom windows. The room was very comfortable and quiet, as Grimston is a tiny village in a rural area. The inn’s on Grimston’s main road is...

Excellent village pub with great staff and atmosphere that matches its surroundings and in keeping with good old inn values. The chef provides a great variety of flavors and quality dishes all served hot and on hot plates.
The stairs are somewhat challenging for the elderly and mobility impaired. I didn’t realize when booking that I could have requested a ground floor room. My bad - should have read the small print. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was my second stay. Friendly, helpful staff, good roast in the restaurant. We had a nice room which was an upgrade as the hotel wasn't very busy so that was a welcome surprise. I'm sure we will return as we enjoy Norfolk and this is a good base to explore further.

Sue and Clive have a well deserved good reputation. We wanted an immersive English countryside experience in a 400 year old Inn, and that is what we got. A delicious full English breakfast is included in the room price.

It was a really well presented place in the heart of KL. Modern with all the facilities you could want and more, I particularly liked the communal kitchen area.
It wasn't the hotel I was supposed to be staying in, I ended up there due to a mix up, but I'm glad I did. Couldn't fault it.
I was a bit fazed by the technical check in system due to worry about it actually working but it was fine.
I'd have liked a bedside table or shelf but other than that it had everything I needed.

Me and my dog had a lovely relaxing 4 night stay at court yard view. This was our frist time away together. I have only had him for five months. We stayed in pebbles stable. It was very welcoming, clean, warm and cosy. It had everything that was needed. I had very good night sleeps in the comfortable bed. At breakfast there was plenty to choose from and it was all very healthy. Nigel, Carol and saff were very friendly to have a chat to. They were very dog friendly and made a lot of fuss to my...
