「I recently stayed and had 2 rooms under my reservation. One of my rooms bathroom had no hot water and my toilet didnt work despite my many attempts to contact someone nothing was fixed. My balcony door was locked i also mentioned that so I had no access to my balcony. I stayed a week and none of my issues was addressed nor fixed.」

「This property was older and well built, very clean, quiet, covenant to shopping, dinners and Bush Gardens. The only issue my husband and I had with the unit was the thermostat clearly didn’t work at all. We made the best of our situation. It was warm at times very warm, we tried turning the temperature down; that didn’t work and the cool tab didn’t work. So we just opened the window. But overall it was a good stay. 」
