Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again.」

「This property was way overpriced for what condition it is in. The apartment doesn’t have a lot of free space, only the bed and a couch. The couch was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever been on. The springs are all you feel when sitting on it, the cushions provide no support. The blinds on the windows stick way out and allow light in at night because the ac vent goes through the window. If light at night bothers you, beware. The place could be cleaner. 「We loved our stay here! The building was very clean, all staff were very friendly, our apartment was super clean& comfortable. It was great having all appliances - esp washer& dryer. Apt was spacious. There is a lot of street noise but that was expected as it's in a urban setting. We didn't hear any other people staying here while in the unit. The 3rd floor courtyard was really nice& the rooftop deck on the 7th floor (the 1 facing the Puget Sound) was fantastic. We will definitely come back here...
