"The AC in the room did not work well and never truly cooled the room, there was a strong stale/musty odor to the room, a rubbermaid container with food was left on the chair, the beds were not very comfortable, and there was 1 bath towel in the bathroom for a double queen room. Also, the restaurant/bar was not open due to liquor license issue. The room served the purpose for an overnight trip for my son's tournament, but we could've paid much less elsewhere for the same level of quality, comfort, and service."

"Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center. That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay. Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement."

"Room was really nice and clean but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. And for $300 a night, I think they should offer either a Continental breakfast or a discount at the restaurant in the casino. But the place is very clean. A/C worked well. "

"I will never stay at this hotel again. Let me list the issues—the air conditioner made a loud popping noise every time it cycled off!! Woke me up repeatedly. The pool was closed indefinitely since they can’t get the chemicals right. I called for a hairdryer as there wasn’t one and was told they would send one up—after 1 1/2 hours I called back and said never mind. The lighted mirror didn’t work in the bathroom. We used the gym but the fridge for water was of course empty—also no exercise mats were available. Lastly, and the least of everything was the water side view was obstructed by the extremely dirty windows. The staff were friendly but overworked and understaffed. It’s like the shell of the hotel was great but all the working parts were missing. Even in the elevator people were talking about how bad the hotel was. Sadly, I had to agree with them. Thankfully we were only here for one night. "

There were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable: Cleanliness: We found a cockroach by the coffeemaker, and the carpet throughout the room was visibly dirty. Noise: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Service: The staff member serving breakfast was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of hygiene and poor service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning."

"This property was littered with meth heads truck drivers and sex workers. Expedia should not even allow this roach motel to be on their site. "

"The staff and parking was good but the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The elevator has stopped working one time and the room telephone was not working at all. The water pressure was very low and the tub was very slippery and the towels were pathetic. They were torn in four or five different places had holes all in the towels and the soap bars were as thin as paper."
