「Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. 「My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. Checking in was a hassle due to a wrong number listed for the hotel reception in the information provided. However, the location more than made up for it. Elephant Beach, right next to the rental room, is the most beautiful beach on the island in my opinion. The room itself was quite basic, but the views were fantastic. While there was a lot of traffic noise near the room, I still believe the rooms were good value for the price」

「The property was located in a good area and was quiet. The walk to restaurants and the port is just a short 5-10 minute walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had issues with our AC/heat unit working and they were quick to respond and resolve the problem. Although they couldn't resolve it that evening, they brought us extra comforters and offered us free breakfast for the remainder of our stay. The breakfast was delicious and timely! Parking around the property was easy.」
