「Wonderful property」

「very excellent hotel, quitely enjoyable stay」

「I highly recommend Akira Hotel. I had an incredible stay. The room was in pristine condition. The large balcony with a view over the garden and city was a highlight. The restaurant and bar were also excellent. I will return any time I am in Kigali.」

「Amazing place with excellent customer service. The staff were always polite, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again.」

「They didn’t have a pool. Some of the pictures are from another hotel. Totally fake. I told them but they don’t remove the fake pictures. I gave them about 10 days to do it before I wrote this」

「My stay was really amazing, it was like staying at home, very comfortable, very calm and the environment is peaceful. I loved it. Raïssa was very welcoming and helpful. Perfect place for a family holiday and those traveling for work as well.」

「For the price, perhaps a cold shower, no toilet paper and power sockets hanging off the wall is to be expected. The place was clean and in a reasonable location. Promise, the manager, was friendly during checking in, but sadly absent when required later on. This was important as another guest had an argument over the phone... shouting from around 9pm until 2.30am and resuming again at 7am. Asking repeatedly to cease had no effect and the hotel staff failed to intervene. It's a shame really as...
