Ireland's largest fishing port dazzles with colorful harbor views and fresh seafood at the acclaimed Maritime & Heritage Centre. Explore nearby Slieve League cliffs or take a boat tour to spot dolphins, then ask locals about their favorite pubs for traditional music.
We found this one luckily while visiting the area. Had a wonderful stay, hotel staff was helpful, dinner and breakfast were delicious, and rooms were very comfortable.

This is a historic pub full of history and culture. The people are lovely! The bnb portion is a newer construction of little row cottages in the back. Very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for good food, fun times, and a great place to stay! Right beside the access to Sliabh liag as well!

This hotel is located in the heart of the city with a wonderful pub inside and fine dining adjacent. Parking is free (and located approximately 5 minutes walk). Great location in a wonderful little town. Some rooms are located right by the street which can get rowdy at night times. Ask for a room that doesn't face the main street.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Waterfront Hotel and hope to return some day. In lovely Dungloe right on the waterfront, it's walkable to the village and perfectly positioned for strolling the bay front. The modern and new hotel is quite comfortable and smart without being fussy. The staff, especially Sean at the front desk, were all on point and we were well look78ed after from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent with lots of fresh local ingredients. Was not clear in the description that the building is actually divided into 3 units. We booked the 3 bedrooms only to realise it's upstairs. And is a big con for a disabled visitor. The flight up is okay but imagine if you can't climb up the stairs! Each bedroom had their tiny individual shower rooms. No hooks for hanging clothes, very tiny space for putting toiletries, or none at all. Had to put on the floor or on the toilet seat. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Kitchen is new and clean. We...
