Nice and clean friendly staff. We got a free upgrade. Shopping carpark underneath which is discounted by Hyatt. So convenient right in the Queen Street Mall. Central to everything. We had stayed there a couple of times and will definitely staying there again

Dirty room, smelly and run down old hotel. Dark room (no sunlight, only the view of an old building next door). Very noisy, slamming doors half the night. White splashes of something on the walls next to the bed. Bed was comfy and staff pleasant. Over priced for what we got and wouldn’t stay again

The worst part of it should have been the road noise - I was booking a property on a highway so came prepared - but the “apartment” had no kitchen, in fact what was the kitchen was just curtained off. This room was clearly under renovation with DIY paint jobs and half finished ..."
