「Great host and place, a little out of the way 」

「Excellent stay. The staff were very helpful and encouraging. Food was really good. 」

「Not as shown in pictures. Low key creepy… There was no free airport pickup (as suggested)—we had to pay. No running water, no toilet seat, bugs in the sink, no electrical outlets and very cold. We were also asked to pay twice. On the positive they fed us a nice breakfast. 」

「Truly loved staying here. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the entire property has so much charm and character, beautifully decorated. The staff are amazing! Attentive, kind, and helpful. We returned with badly muddied shoes after a hike of Mt Kilimanjaro and left our shoes on the front porch. To our amazement, we woke up to spotlessly cleaned shoes that were also packed in a travel bag for us. The food was great and very reasonably priced. 「This hotel is about an hour from Kilimanjaro airport. It's fine for a one night stay but note that the hotel is more of a budget guesthouse and has little ambience. There is hot water as well as WIFI and a good breakfast but very few other amenities.」

「Fantastic facilities. Clean and in very good condition. Everything worked. Hot shower, AC, fast wifi. Service was however not too great. 」
