"Room was modern and clean. Minimalist, but had everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Good shower.
Good price for the room in a good location- walking distance from the old town and from the Ferry port. 30 min bus/tram from the airport.
Air con was fairly ineffective. It took the edge off the heat, but you could only reduce the target to a min of 20C and it only ever got down to 21.5C when I was there, despite having it on all the time.
The curtains were the only other downside. The room was tall, so you couldn't pull them right the way across and in the early morning they let quite a lot of light in to the room round the sides of the curtains."
"Hotel was relatively clean and a good location, the staff was terrible, especially the restaurant staff, the vibe of the hotel is this;
A tourist trap disguised and a place of tranquility. book somewhere else."
"We had a smoke smell in the property as something was on fire. Is was from 20-05 in the morning. We contacted the host but no replay. And this caused us terrible headaches."
"Our room was large with an excellent view towards 'Old Town'. The staff responded quickly to a couple of requests for service. The breakfast is EXCELLENT, with a full range of choices. We did a 'couples massage' that included lunch on the top floor, with a wonderful view of the harbour."
"Room was good. Two cheap towels for two people with no service on a two night stay though I’m sure if we had seen a maid in the hall they would have exchanged towels for us. And they “advertise” that you can get whatever kind of pillow you want, memory foam, down, thin, silk, etc. But it’s five euros. So we asked for four standard pillows. (We had two rooms and 3 people) and they were like “we can give you 3.”
On another note, Do y’all not know what a “hot tub” is in Estonia? Perhaps not, I don’t know. The “hot tub” was the same temperature as the rest of the pool, the only difference is it bubbles. Location was good just outside of old town and walking distance to the ferry terminal which we arrived at from Helsinki."
