「The AC barely work and it was always hot. When I mentioned my Expedia gold reward for a room upgrade, they didn’t know what I was talking about. On my last day, they was trying to rush me out my room for someone else. They also charged you for everything.」

「Staff at the hotel are excellent! I booked a 1-week stay here because my Airbnb was cancelled at the last minute. They serve a modest complimentary breakfast every morning in their restaurant that is located inside the hotel. They provide currency exchange at the front desk. Housecleaning is performed everyday by women who do an excellent job. The exercise room is nothing like advertised. It consists of 2 old treadmills inside of what looks to be an abandoned storage room. They said that self...

「The hotel and its staff were very inviting. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The location was just the right distance from downtown. My only disappointments were the constantly wet floor after each shower and that our room had no view of the city. 」
