"Firstly, the chalet was very difficult to find. The host only gave us the instruction to check the map outside reception. After having to find a member of bar staff (as reception had closed by the time of our arrival), we were told this map had long been removed. Secondly, the chalet had a mould issue. The hotel is slightly outside the centre of the city but easily accessible and we’re able to drive along the coast and see the beautiful coastline."

"When you pull up outside, the weeds and broken plant pots are a little off putting but inside is clean, rooms spacious, plenty of hot water, very comfortable bed. Also plenty of parking and although we couldn’t check in until 3, we could park in the morning which was really helpful. Staff lovely. The property could use a gardener and some TLC but you can look past that for a nice comfortable clean room with good parking."

"It was our second stay at the hotel. As a family of four we loved every minute there. Our accommodation, studio, was perfect, with separate bedroom for our children. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. We also went swimming at a beautiful relaxing spa area. We decided not to have a dinner there this time as we found it expensive and with limited healthy options (e.g. no salad as main). Apart from that it's our favourite hotel in Wales. We highly recommend it to other families."
