The staff was nice. The room was nice with plenty of space.I just had to constantly ask for things that should have been fullly stocked in the room. The toilet didn’t work properly throughout the stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations based on the price I paid… the check in was very simple I did find out during this time the room I originally booked wasn’t available but they upgraded me to a bigger one automatically, the breakfast was great even for someone like me who is fussy with food with the amount of choice I didn’t struggle, the location was perfect personally it was right near Terminal 21 shopping mall which was great and also near enough to their train stations, the staff were most courteous and friendly from the check in to the maids, door staff e everyone was great.

Sadly the state of the carpet (very smelly) is very poor. Management is trying to hide it with their deodoriser, but with no result. The buffet breakfast has never change its menu. The only best thing is the coffee. Staff were 100% good and polite. Rooms were good and clean
