"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"If your looking for a camping lifestyle then stay here. We stayed in one of the top level A frames and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to bring your own snacks and drinks as well as food if you are a picky eater or have dietary restrictions as the menu is very limited and there are only certain hours to order food. "We booked the family room. It has a king bed and a bunk bed which was fun for out kids. The themed room was spacious and they even have toys and a mini tent set up in the middle of the room. If you have kids, the property has a slide in the pool, a kids club, and everything looks nice. Great location, our room even had a sea view. If you get building 6 like us, there’s a long and complicated walk from the lobby, but it’s totally worth it."
