Good but expected better.

This hotel in Khariv was pretty good. The room was comfotable with minimal furnishings and a large closet. The bed was large, we were offered a twin rooms on tiny beds not for adults. The king bed is perfect. Bathroom was lux with all you need and plenty of towels. Shower was awsome. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast was the best part of the stay with a buffet and custom menu can be ordered directly from the kitchen.

It’s a good hotel but person who works at the front desk need to speak and understand some English also DA VINCHI restaurant was awful I ordered some small sweet they serviced it about 30 minutes propably I won’t stay there again most of the front desk staff hey don’t even say good morning good night or anything maybe they don’t like to welcoming foreigners

מלון שקט, 10 דקות במונית ממרכז העיר. חדרים גדולים מאוד ןנקיים. האמבטיה ללא וילון, קשה להתקלח בלי להציף חצי חדר רחצה. ארוחת הבוקר טובה. הצוות מנומס מאוד, וניסה לעזור בכל שאחה בצד הטוב ביותר. בהחלט אחזור לשם בקרוב.

Very nice hotel and an excellent restaurant. The hotel is not in the center of Kharkiv but 20 minutes (or more) walk from it. Nothing really around it. The bed was not that comfortable and too soft for my taste. Overall a good experience for a short business stay.

Hård oskön säng, kudde med skumgummipluttar, trodde inte sådana fanns längre. Även täcket var en oskön tyngre filt. Längtade hem till min vanliga säng. Saknade vattenkokare och strykjärn på rummet. Seriously underpriced

While the hotel is not quite luxurious and rooms are designed with more good will than skills, service is great, rooms (particularly premium ones) are spacious and comfortable and the onsite restaurant is excellent and great value. Not quite clear about the location, which seems to me a bit in the middle of nowhere, but if you are in town on a business trip and on a budget this hotel will spoil you.

A positive surprise

The hotel is not spectacular architecturally but from the receptionist - who was very professional - to the maintenance (did not notice anything in disrepair) to the appointment of the rooms (just a bit too small for my taste, but I am spoiled) it was a great value for the price I paid (±EUR 40-45/night). The icing on the cake is that they have a DaVinci restaurant on the premises.

Flott hotell,men utenfor sentrum

Meget fint hotell, behjelpelig resepsjon. Minibank rett ved siden av hotellet. Eneste minus 10 minutt med taxi utenfor sentrum. Men utrolig store avstander i byen, så nesten samme hvor en ligger. Rimelig i forhold til norske priser og jeg hadde større rom enn leiligheten jeg hadde en gang. Og ikke å glemme restauranten som ligger i samme bygning, meget god mat. Alltid rent og fint rom.
