"Not too far from lonovala. Right next door to park. Room & bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was great & plentiful! Lots of choices to choose from! Made to order omlets, dosas, etc. 9am there was a musical parade of characters. Everyone enjoyed....even my mom! Lol. "

"Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. I had my Drivers license, Passport copy and also my Pan card and they insisted they needed my Adhar card only and at that point we insisted that if they wanted anything specifically they should have listed that in the booking email which they did not and they were not cooperative and my all other guests had to suffer. Eventually I managed to wake my 83 year old father from his sleep close to midnight to get copy of my Adhar card. They blamed expedia for not giving us the right instructions all the time. Never staying here again. Definitely need explanation from Expedia why we had to go through this."

"We were upgraded to a suite by the General Manager, which offered a breathtaking valley view. We truly enjoyed the experience and greatly appreciated the thoughtful gesture."

"The water park was very dirty and ordered food arrived quite late. Not very good for pure vegetarians either. Lunch and dinner are not imcluded in the hotel expenses and need to be paid separately. Overall not worth the money and locality is also not so good."
