New building bad service
Extremely bad service, breakfast is pathetic with barely anyone to serve. Rooms are decent, bathrooms smell. The manager Tara doesn’t really care as he has the Lords name. By far the worst Lords property I have stayed in many years of being with the brand. The only advantage is the proximity to Reliance. ...

Lovely hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. Good dining choice with tue roof top buffett restaurant which is excellent value for money. Enjoyed our evening chats with one of the managers. Mr A K Mukherji.
