「They have refused very rudely to serve the breakfast to us because we were 5 min late for breakfast. They said a private party is booked and already started.... We had given room on 3rd floor and lift not working. We had paid for the breakfast, how can they say no. There were no communication with us about the breakfast timings or party. If they have booking for a party. They should have provided breakfast in our room but no body were ready to listen and very rude.」

「Big Red flag, do not recommend this at all. The staff himself explained that the owner doesn’t wanna keep the hotel maintained because they know they will get the walk in clients because of the prime location. Sheets were dirty, taps were jammed, every bit of room smells and looks like a rat home. It’s a shame, owner should spend one night and realize how he expects others to stay at his hotel with family.
