「I was suprised to see a hostel that is not falling from a 4 star hotel. The area is nice , with place to walk seat nice gardens, all is clean and well maintained. Sleeping was amazing , its quiet and the mettress is very good , the room was modern and good looking and the plus that you can take rooms was see view balcony. 「I needed a place to stay in Haifa for a couple of nights, and the Hotel Marom was great, and didn't break the bank. Marina and her team were kind, spoke great English, and were very accommodating. Located in the middle of the city on a hill, WAZE was able to get me there and back every time with ease. 」

「Great location in the old city but hard to find and nearly 60 narrow steps to carry your bags up. Find Uri Buri restaurant and look for a square black sign on the building to the left. Little signs direct you up all the way to the top. The room is lovely and the host has added a number of nice little extras. 「I went for a Baha'i pilgrimage and this place was prime location as well as affordable. Views off the Shrine of the Bab from the windows with city views. I was anxious about using Whats app and a room overseas and as soon as I landed and connected to wifi I already had texts reaching out and giving instructions for self check in. Other reviews state its in a bad neighborhood but I walked all over Haifa for two weeks almost. Even the "nice" areas, just walk three minutes in any direction and...

「The couple who owned the property were very helpful. They gave me a ride to the train station on my last day as I was unsure how I was going to get there. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. 」
