This was a lovely property…except I woke up to find two long black hairs on my pillow as well as the duvet that I didn’t see prior to going to bed. Either their cleaners did not change the bedding ( most likely) or their laundry needs work. Either way I was completely grossed out. I am blonde so clearly not my hair. This is a health hazard. Such a shame as the unit is ideally located and at first glance is in great condition.

The property had parking spaces available in front of the building which allowed us to drive places as needed and find parking again. Shuttles to the ski bases were very convenient. The one complaint I had was that we were a family and they gave us only 3 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. When we asked for more- they said we could either drive to their headquarters to pick some up or go to the grocery store. For over $2000- I feel that is pretty poor service.

Great views, perfect location, useful amenities! The beds were not the softest beds I have stayed in. The management was helpful--the cord between the DVD and TV was incorrect and caused the TV to play DVDs in B/W only and management found a new cord within a couple of hours. We made brownies and found all needed kitchen tools available. Be careful with the pulls for the blinds--they reach the baseboard heaters!
