I had a wonderful time! Roman was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind. The hotel is located in a great spot - it’s quiet but close enough to walk to anything you want to do. I was traveling alone and felt safe the whole time!

The staff and service were outstanding. Ramon was so helpful in providing us tips for parking, dining suggestions, and checking in our luggage the day after our stay, etc. He really went above and beyond We are so appreciative of his hospitality and for really making us feel welcome and at home. The Heron House itself is very comfy with a nice breakfast as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Property condition in need of refresh. Cracked floor tiles, lower quality linens, in room amenities. Breakfast offered consisted of budget bagels and breads, cereal boxes, boiled eggs, slices of cheese and yogurt. Pool is fine but no real landscaping or shade for loungers. Front desk help was friendly and helpful. It’s budget lodging, so my review is aligned with the expectation that the bathroom and rooms would be clean and the property maintained property. It fell short in this regard. A friend was staying at a nearby hotel with about the same nightly rate, and his property was much nicer - nice landscaping, shade by the pool, much nicer breakfasts. The rooms were similar, but cleaner

Be warned that the pictures are NOT may not be what you will get. We rented the tropical king and got a room on a very loud street with curtains that didn't block out the street lights, a bed that was falling apart and holes in the walls that were not properly patched. I would have never stayed here if I knew the condition of this place! I even confirmed this was the right room. The service was very nice but that was unfortunately the only positive part of our experience as we couldn't sleep because of the noise and bright lights.

This was our first time in Key West and the Heron House Court was the perfect place to stay! The staff was wonderful; very helpful and always with a smile. The location was perfect for everything we had planned. We will definitely go back again!

Roman was great, very helpful. He provided breakfast the night before because we had to leave so early for our tour. Location was great. The only downside was the room needed more outlets. Every one was full with necessary lighting and TV. We made do.

Very very small bedroom space, tiny shower and bathroom. No water or glasses available in the space. . This is simply not enough room for a couple except to sleep. In the heat of summer can’t imagine this would be comfortable to shower and dress in. Definitely shabby chic decor, but needs many renovations as the really great receptionist admitted, a work in progress. I did not have the same experience as other tenants who gave this a rave rating and the cost for value was extraordinarily high. The manager was charming and helpful. In my opinion, the facilities were below par. Breakfast was cereal, bagel, boiled egg.

The property is older. Roman is fantastic, very knowledgeable about where to eat and transportation. The rooms are clean. There is no microwave or coffee machine but they do have breakfast items every morning. I would stay there again.

Roman was great. very helpful with the area. The room was nice but needs some TLC. Shower head allows very little water out. Hot water was fine. The bed had issues, likely with the frame. We do like really firm supportive matrasses. This one was softer than I like. Again personal preference. There was some broken tile on the floor that needs attention. In the bathroom the vanity & faucets need replacing. Looks like someone dropped something heavy into the sink & cracked it. Breakfast was pretty much a standard continental type. Overall we would stay again, but in a different room if the items needing attention are not fixed.
