We are no strangers to Waterside Suites as this is our second time staying. The overall condition of the property was good and it appeared that staff were doing their best in updating and maintaining it. The guest services staff was extremely polite and thorough ensuring that we knew where to park, where our room was located, and instructions for the pool and ice machine. The room is VERY spacious with the upstairs being an entire bedroom with shower. Although this unit had a bed in the living area, it was a nice space just to chill and watch television. The kitchen offered a nice sink, refrigerator, microwave and stove, along with dishes and utensils. The balcony was huge and could easily seat 4-6 people, even though for this trip it was only two of us. The balcony overlooks a canal which was nice, and the pool was refreshing. The only two negatives were that there was only one ice machine available, and a drain around the pool was clogged. This place was affordable and easy to access the Overseas highway. Honestly, probably the best deal for the size of room that you'll find in Key Largo. I would 100% stay here again.
