「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. 「Absolutely stunning hotel, welcomed by staff the moment we arrived and all very friendly- nothing seems like too much trouble. Spa facilities are lovely and the evening meal and lunch we had were amazing. Already looking at a return visit ❤️ Big thanks to Paul. I left 2 bracelets in my bathrobe. These were quickly found and returned to me by post. Thanks for a great visit」

「Room was clean but there was a mark on the bedding which wasn't too savoury. We were given the disability room for some reason and that meant that the bathroom sink/mirror were low amongst other things. If we had stayed another night we would have asked to be moved as the hotel wasn't full. The staff were very nice as was the breakfast. 」
