「除了熱水有點不熱之外，其他都很好」

「Staff is very helpful and nice. They are very willing to help. The hotel is clean. I accidentally made a wrong booking which was found just before arrival. Moreover it is close to the river side which is near to the Arctic Museum. This is a good place to see the northern light. I truely recommend this hotel.」
