「The room was okay.... the front desk staff could have been friendlier. It sucks when you are not able to take breakfast to your room. I was traveling with my 80 years old mother who did not feel well enough to get dress and go eat at the restaurant. I find this to be an inconvenience. Therefore, we never got the free breakfast. People with disabilities or many elderly are not able to move to travel to get them something to eat. This was a real inconvenience.」

「I stayed 4 nights. Room was cleaned 1 nite only. I was told the cleaner sometimes did not get to all of the rooms because they allowed dogs and those rooms needed extra time. Heat lamp in BR was on and would not go off. I reported it. Did not fix. Internet was NON EXISTENT. I was traveling for work and had to use Hot Spot every day」

「OK」

「The property was very light up at night with Police patrol at all times The Front Desk Staff is and on they game, very professional」

「Mt. Vernon has been around for decades and it is not in the best condition these days. The price was helpful as I was in a crunch cash wise.」
