"Very unfortunately, I had to leave my stay early by ambulance. The staff was incredibly kind (namely a gentleman at the front desk, whose name I can’t recall). They gathered all of my belongings, including my cell phone and charger and held them for me until I could retrieve them. This was 3 days later! I am VERY appreciative to the staff and would recommend this property to anyone. "

"My stay at the hotel was lovely and I have no complaints-including when my toilet clogged. Leo from housekeeping came up and was so professional, and friendly and solved the problem and gave me some tips on visiting Columbia S.C. since it was my first time there. Everyone was nice but Leo stood out."
