"Hot tub was not working and the pool was very dirty with pigeons and droppings. We reserved a room especially for the Hot Tub. And the Convience of location. The trim was great just disappointing about the rest. "

"Unfortunately, very disappointed. When we got there, we were told that the room will be ready by three, but when we went to check in, it still wasn’t ready when we finally got into the room at 3:30. "

"Breakfast was okay. Waffle machine was not working properly so we were left with sausage and potatoes. Not too much flavor. The staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. Overall, it was very clean. Only downside was the cleaning staff two out of the four nights that we stayed. We got woken up early in the morning by the Cleaning staff talking on her phone yelling through her phone as if she was the only person in that hallway on the third floor. I called and complaint to the front desk. They handled it somewhat because the cleaning staff lady got off of her phone, but then proceeded to slam door. She was very upset. My husband had to go and talk to her at some point but the front desk staff was very understanding. Other than that. It was a great stay nice hotel. The pool water was cold, but that’s understandable. "

"I have a mixed experience at Red Roof Inn El Paso. The customer service and hospitality were great—staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. However, the room itself was very disappointing. The photos on the website are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. The bathroom was not as clean as shown online. We even had to switch rooms because the refrigerator in the first room didn’t work. In the second room, the flooring was chipped and visibly worn, with sections scratched off. It gave the impression that upkeep and presentation are not a priority. While I appreciated the service, the condition of the room did not meet expectations based on what was advertised."

"Disappointed that we did not find out about the pool being closed until we arrived. The indoor pool is the main reason I picked this hotel! I was given the option to cancel at no charge, but we just traveled all day and I did not have the energy to go “hotel hunting” all over again. Plus they shut the water off a full hour early than the posted time and this delayed our plans for the day because we had to wait for the water to come back in to shower."
