One of the best Renaissance Hotels

This may be one of the best Renaissance Hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff and service have been really impressive. I want to commend Salman, the Club Lounge staff member. He has been really friendly, always smiling, and has helped us a lot.

The cleaning staff stole my money from the room and hotel management did not do anything about it. The room was noisy and full of cigarette smell even the room was non smoking. Bathroom was dated and shower did not work either. Rubbish hotel with rubbish staff. Will avoid this like plague in ...
