We had an absolute dream vacation at Puri Sebali. We love the property and we loved our room, but the wonderful staff were what made it an absolute dream! They were the best we have ever experienced! In the dining area, Rosi always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted – – and more. Eri was superb as well as the other supportive staff. Our room was always left, clean and neat, with fruit and water left for us every day. In the evenings, the turndown service left a bedtime story and cookies on our bed. We can’t wait to come back! You will not be disappointed.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. They provided shuttles to the city center. The spa was amazing. Food was great at the restaurant too

I cannot say enough about this resort! The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating, the shared facilities are exquisite, the villa was perfect and the breakfasts were meticulously prepared and delicious, with so many choices! The villas are secluded and very private and had wonderful little touches. The landscape and decorative elements made you feel like you were a million miles away from everything. It was magical.

The biggest compliment I can give Kayumanis is that if I was a multi millionaire, I would still pick this hotel and not go anywhere else, easily comparable service wise to the Ritz and 4 seasons of the world. Restaurant had great food. Staff out of this world, a special shout out to Dira and Suri.
It is important to note the toilet/bathroom is outside (we knew this and were very happy with this) and the property may not be ideal if you have physical disability, as it is a large property and there are stairs to get to the spa etcetera.
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and a very personalised service by staff, will be back soon
