There was a small hiccup with my food order not arriving exactly as requested one evening, but it was quickly rectified, and the staff’s friendly attitude made it easy to brush off. The minor snag didn’t dampen my overall experience, especially since the rest of the meals were flavorful and satisfying. The resort’s peaceful environment and well-kept grounds made it easy to unwind, whether I was lounging on the beach, dipping into the pool, or strolling through the tropical gardens. It’s clear that the team prioritizes guest comfort and a serene atmosphere. "The hotel is okay. It seems it was renovated in or after 2020. The layout did look different since my last stay there in early 2020. I was surprised only one (wipe) tower was in the bathroom. The staffs were professionally. However, there were too many tables or chair drags likely from the dining room late in the night. "
