"The hotel was clean and safe. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. Due to a maintenance issue with the air conditioner the staff changed my room, which was a quick process between the time I reported and when maintenance came to attempt to fix the issue. It was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend."

When we called them upon arrival, they asked us which travel agency we used to make the booking. It was a frustrating experience trying to secure a place to stay for the night. They referred us to the Sundowner hotel, saying they have a relationship with them and promised to call us the following day, but we never got a response. "
